Ducking and weaving through the crowd, he ran around a corner and stopped. Billy always fell for this one. Kenny would jump out, yell “BOO!” and Billy would fall flat on his bum. Then, Kenny would give him back the cotton candy and receive a punch in the shoulder. Billy would sulk for a few minutes, until Kenny got him to laugh at a particularly funny joke.
